Formatting & Sharing Your Presentation

- Click the Design tab to see the presentation as your customer will see it.
- Here is the Design view. There are several options on the left column that you can check and uncheck.
- This is the cover page option. If you would like a cover page, check the box. Then, check off the design of the cover page. If a cover page is not needed, then uncheck the box.
- Choose to include/not include addresses on the presentation.
- Under Product Display you have several options to show and hide various details, including Prices, Additional Charges, Notes, Product Images, Additional Details and Decimal Places.
- After you are finished with the design of the presentation, hover over Next and choose your next step. You can save & close, print, send via email, copy to quote, generate sales order, etc.
