The Sales Account Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Aim Smarter’s software solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will thrive on creating tailored solutions for clients, fostering lasting partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, outreach, and attending industry events.
• Relationship Building: Engage decision-makers with compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, primarily via Microsoft Teams.
• Sales Strategy: Execute targeted sales plans, negotiate contracts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Product Expertise: Educate clients about Aim Smarter’s software offerings and their benefits through training sessions and workshops.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to the executive team. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B software sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets. Prior experience in the promotional products industry is advantageous, as is familiarity with CRM tools and industry-specific challenges.
