Setting Default Email Text

1.Click on settings on the bottom left.

2.Click on customer-based templates.

3.This page should appear, it shows you multiple of email templates you can edit, select the template you would like to edit.

4.You have 4 options on each template and they are, Customer forename, Customer surname, Doc type and Doc number.

By selecting customer forename it will always add your customers name automatically on your email unless you go back on this page and unselect that option.

Same goes with all the other 3 options.

5.After selecting your options simply click save changes.
