  1. Login to the AIM Tech Suite.

  2. Go to Websites > Overview.

  3. Click Manage next to the website.

  4. Now you are in the back end of the website. Go to Settings > Managers.

  5. Check what you would like each employee to do/receive. If you would like them to manage the website, check the Manage box for them. If you would like them to receive emails when a customer places an inquiry or order, check the Enquiries or Orders boxes.
