Adding Codes and Phrases

NOTE: All Codes and Phrases can be added to all customer records except shipping. Shipping codes and phrases will appear on the Build a Quote and Sales Order screens.

1. In the AIM Tech Suite click on the Settings icon located on the bottom left of the dashboard.
   
2. Select Codes and Phrases from the dropdown menu which appears below Settings.
   
3. Select the category which you would like to create a code or phrase for using the dropdown.
   
4. Type in the new code or phrase into the Description column. Vision will give it a code and populate the left row. Click Edit to make any changes, select X to delete something from the list. When are you are done with changes, click Save to store all work completed.
