Adding a Contact to a Customer

  1. In the AIM Tech Suite click on the Contacts icon located on the bottom left of the dashboard.
  2. Select Customers from the dropdown which appears below Contacts.
  3. Select the customer you would like to add the contact to. Then click view/edit customer 
  4. That will bring you to this page where you can then click the Contact Info tab.
  5. Click + New Contact
  6. Enter all the contact information and click Save.
